1967 Fastback - Shelby Tribute - 429 Big Block - 4-Speed

Shelby GT500 Tribute built from a true 1967 "S-Code" Big Block Fastback and finished in a stunning late-model Ford color. The body features 1968 Shelby style fiberglass upgrades including: hood, nose, decklid, taillight panel, end-caps and upper and lower side scoops and accented with 2007 "Shelby" lettering and Cobra Logos in the grill for a modern touch. Wheels are modern 16" versions of the Shelby "10-Spoke" wrapped in radial tires.

The interior features Shelby upgrades including a roll bar and what is believed to be an original 1968 Shelby center console. The interior also features an original fold-down style rear seat, tilt column and deluxe woodgrain dash with tachometer.

Power is provided by a 429 Cobra Jet big block with aluminum intake and Mallory ignition. It is shifted by a Ford 4-Speed Toploader transmission with Hurst shifter which includes line-lock. The rear end is a Ford 9" unit with what are reported to be 3.25 rear gears.
