As a revival of the legendary Boss 302 from 1969-70, the 2012 Boss 302 is a track-ready Mustang packing unique high-performance components—high-revving 444-horsepower 5.0-liter Coyote engine with special 4-valve heads and box intake, Brembo brakes, higher-rate springs, 5-way manually adjustable struts and shocks and the first-time use of a quad exhaust system with tuned side-exits for a more aggressive sound. Externally, the 2012 Boss stood out with C-stripes like 1969, unique front end with splitter, blocked-off fog-light openings in the grille, and rear spoiler.

The Boss 302 Laguna Seca edition is a further upgraded and limited production version of the Boss 302. Additions include Recaro sport seats with Red Accents, revised suspension tuning with unique spring and damper rates, and a larger rear stabilizer. The Laguna Seca model loses its rear seats, which are replaced by a cross-car X-brace to increase structural rigidity approximately 10%. It rides on LS unique 19x9-inch front (255/40-19) and 19x10 inch rear (285/35-19) light-weight alloy wheels with R-compound ultra high-performance tires. Additionally, a larger front Splitter, front brake cooling ducts and transmission cooling duct were provided by Ford Racing. The Laguna Seca cars were set apart by red grille, striping, roof and mirror accents as well as a larger rear spoiler.

The 2012 Boss 302 Laguna Seca was offered in only 2 production colors, Ingot Silver and Black with Red Accents. Only 766 2012 Boss 302 Laguna Seca editions were produced. Of those, only 151 were optioned in Ingot Silver and 135 were "fully" optioned with the Recaro/Torsen and Mats & Car Cover.

This is Boss 302 #LS103 with only 5544 miles since new. It is equipped with the standard Boss 302 upgraded Coyote 5.0-liter, 6-speed manual transmission and 3.73:1 gears. It is also equipped with the Recaro bucket seats and Torsen limited-slip differential. It had clear bra installed on the front end of the vehicle when new. It has never been tracked and still ears its original Pirelli tires. The LS unique Splitter and Brake Ducts were never installed and are still in the Ford Racing boxes. The optional Boss 302 car cover and floor mats are in great shape. The car shows in excellent "Like-New" condition and has had a recent service by Ford.
